My bad hair day/dependable go-to/I need a break from the dryer and curlers/ hair-do!! Grab an elastic and some bobby pins and high bun it up! Great way to show off those cheek bones!


I’ve never been an apple person but lately they have been my go to snacks! Try them with a tbsp of almond butter and a dash of cinnamon! Such a yummy and healthy snack! Image

Start the weekend off with a yoga class. Honestly, hot yoga has changed my life. Practicing yoga regularly for the past two years has improved my skin, hair, posture, mood and appetite.  


After your post yoga work out cook up a delicious, healthy breakfast! My favorite are whole wheat blueberry pancakes! Amazing recipe by The Fresh Fridge! I always add some fresh sliced up banana’s to this recipe for some extra sweetness and a drizzle of greek yogurt for extra protein 🙂
